Our technicians utilizes State Of The Art Equipment to inspect & test porous materials that may be in question of having absorbed body fluids, but are not showing any visible damage.
When it is not visually obvious whether structural components may or may not have been affected, thermal imaging & moisture meters are use for a non– invasive inspection to evaluate if any materials may need to be removed.
If there is any indication that there is contamination, the materials will be removed.
Unnecessary removal would escalate the cost of returning the home to a pre-loss condition.
